Edited by Yosef Tunkel, Der Groyser Kundes (The Big Stick or The Big Prankster) was a relatively successful Yiddish magazine. Established in January 1909 following the editors defection from Gregory Hurwitz and Der Kibetzer. Der Groyset Kundes endured Tunkel’s return to Europe in 1911 and thrived until 1929.
