| Arnold Gingrich’s highly successful magazine, founded “to become the common denominator of masculine interests.” The first issue was a quarterly, thereafter issued monthly. In the Thirties and Forties, it featured provocative illustrations and calendars by George Petty and Alberto Vargas.
