Arnold Gingrich’s highly successful magazine, founded “to become the common denominator of masculine interests.” The first issue was a quarterly, thereafter issued monthly. In the Thirties and Forties, it featured provocative illustrations and calendars by George Petty and Alberto Vargas. Issues in the Thirties featured contributions by many prominent writers including Ernest Hemingway and F. Scott Fitzgerald. Fairly commonly located. |
