An avant garde fashion magazine published by the Village Voice, intended to the published ten times a year.
The First Edition, Tall stapled quarto. The preview issue, never officially released, of a short-lived fashion periodical published by the Village Voice under the name “Vue.” The center spread, shot by Nan Goldin, and featuring her friends modeling at the Russian Baths on 10th street is an absolute gem, the apotheosis of all unconventional photographic literature from the 1980s. Larry Fink’s section, Paradium, is also memorable. Uncommon item; highspot of NYC in the 1980s. |
